John Vaillancourt is a Massachusetts-licensed Realtor® broker who launched his second career in real estate in 2002. With more than two decades of hands-on brokerage experience, he has guided clients through rapidly rising markets, the 2008 recession, the steady recovery beginning in 2012, and the unprecedented growth following the 2020 pandemic. His deep understanding of how economic cycles influence pricing, financing, and negotiation allows him to provide clients with practical, market-informed guidance at every stage of the buying and selling process. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), he regularly attends the Residential Real Estate Council’s Sell-A-Bration conference to stay current with industry trends and best practices. In addition to the CRS designation, he holds credentials as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), along with certifications as a Certified Probate Specialist (CPS) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
